but you can colorize to match your tube

Selections - select all - float - defloat copy and paste tube as a new layer move within the selection how you want your tube positioned at the top of left rec layer making sure you are on the tube layer right click the layer and select promote selection to layer - select none and delete the original tube layer - duplicate the tube layer set the copy of the tube to screen
and the original tube layer to Luminance Legacy

Repeat on center rec and right rec layers for the bottom parts of those layers paste your tube where you want them and repeat as above for the rec layers

Give all the rec frames a drop shadow of your choice

Stand on the circle right layer selections select all - float - defloat selections-modify-select selection borders Both sides checked - Anti-alias checked - border width 3 layers - new raster layer - flood fill with a gradient of your choice I used #7500a8 and white - add noise 100% select none - give a drop shadow
repeat on circle left and center black circle

Stand on the purple circle right layer selections - select all - float - defloat

Open WCS-BB-PP3 - copy and paste as a new layer within the selection and position how you want it promote selection to layer - delete the original paper layer - keep selected - copy and paste tube as a new layer and position - promote selection to layer now you can deselect and delete the original tube layer

Duplicate the tube - set the copy to screen and the original to Luminancy Legacy and set opacity to 94 give a drop shadow to the original tube layer

Repeat for the other purple circle layers
purple circle left and purple circle center

Add the elements you wish to use - resize as needed and sharpen
