(2) Highlight the bottom layer Rectangle Frame
Layers new raster layer flood fill white
on the rectangle layer that is just above the
rectangle frame layer highlight it
go to selections - select all - float - defloat
go to layers new raster layer

and new raster layer visible

(3) Open the underwater background by voodoo

and rename the new layer fish bk

(4) Unhide the bottom layer rectangle frame to make it visible
go to selections - select all - float defloat
add a new raster layer and paste texture / paper of choice into selection
selections - select none
you can now delete the rectangle frame layer

(5) Duplicate the Fish Bk hide the original Fish bk
highlight the duplicate fish background
go to selections - select all - float defloat hit delete on your keypad keep selected - highlight the texture / paper layer hit delete on your keypad selections - select none we need to do it this way for prep of
animation so the bubbles do not go outside the frame :-)
however if you are not going to animate you can skip this step

(6) To change the color of the Texture or paper of choice
change your foreground to color of choice
then select your Change to target brush - Change to target

vantarakis www.emptyspace.gr

And for voodoo if using her tubes

if you don't want to animate you are done
and can save your new tag :)

(14) Animation
Open Animation shop
open the animated bubbles in AS

(15) Back in psp
hide all layers leaving only the fish background
and white background visible

(16) Edit - copy merged
paste as a new animation in Animation shop
there are 5 frames of the animated bubbles
so you will need to make the new animation 5 frames

(17) Go to edit - duplicate selected
do this until you have 5 frames
if you end up with too many frames
you will need to click on the extra frame and delete it

(18) Make sure the bubbles animation
and the fish bk are all selected
to do this on the bubbles animation go to edit - select all
do the same to the fish bk

(19) On frame one of the bubble animation
drag it to the 1st frame
of the fish back and place where you like
repeat this until you have all bubbles
placed where you want them
to repeat make sure the bubble animation is selected

and hit undo and the frames will reappear

(20) When finished adding the bubbles go back to psp
unhide all other layers to make them visible
and hide the fish bk and white background
highlight an open layer go to edit - copy merged

(21) Back in Animation shop
paste as a new animation
duplicate the frames to make 5
edit - select all drag frame one to frame one
of the fish bk place where it looks like you
have it in psp and release your mouse
if happy with it change the animation speed
of the bubbles to 20
to do this go to Animation - frame properties - change to 20

view animation and save ~ and your done :-)
