PostHeaderIcon Lip Service PTU

Lip Service was written by me Punky Butts

Any other similarity is purely coincidental
and was done in psp 9 Any other versions should work
This tutorial was written for those
that have working knowledge of psp

Tools and Supplies Needed


Eyecandy 5000 Glass or glass version of choice

Template 14 by Chica ~ She has retired from scrapping
but you can get her templates all bundled ♥

♥ Ready Let's Start ♥

(1) Open PSP

(2) Open the Template
windows - duplicate close the original
delete the watermark layer

(3) Highlight the bottom frame layer
Layers - new raster layer flood fill white
Go to image > canvas size - change to 750 x 750 pixels

(4) Open papers and elements of choice from kit

(5) On the materials palette
click on the foreground
select pattern
find the paper you want for the frame layer
Angle 0 Scale 40 ok

(6) Highlight the Frame layer
Selections - select all - float - defloat
add a new raster layer - flood fill with the pattern
selections select none -rename Frame
Delete the original frame layer
Repeat for the other template layers That you will be using

(7) Highlight Lips 3 layer
go to effects - cutout
using these settings below

Set the opacity to 28
Continue with the other 2 Lip layers
using cutout color of choice

(8) Apply eyecandy 5000 glass to the three
small circles using these settings

(9) Apply inner bevel to the Frame layer
using these settings

(10) Highlight the Matte Layer
add inner bevel using these settings

(11) Open Wrap of choice from kit
I used wrap 1
highlight the matte layer
copy and paste the wrap as a new layer
resize by 60% resize all layers unchecked
position see my tag for placement

(12) Open Glittered Hanging Stars from kit
I used Glittered Hanging Stars 2
Highlight the layer just above the Frame layer
Copy and paste Glittered Hanging Stars as a new layer
Resize by 70% position see my tag for reference
erase any coming out of the matte
Duplicate the glittered hanging stars image mirror
using your move tool move the duplicate a bit to the right
see my tag as guide
Layers merge down sharpen

(13) Highlight the top layer
Open Bloom of choice from kit
I used bloom 1 and 3
copy and paste bloom as a new layer
resize by 30% position repeat if using
another bloom position
Layers merge down Sharpen
add drop shadow
Vertical 1
Horizontal 2
Opacity 50
Blur 10.00
Color Black

(14) Add any other elements of choice
if desired resizing as needed & drop shadow

(15) Highlight the Matte layer
copy and paste tube of choice
resizing as needed & drop shadow
I used Vertical 1
Horizontal -1
Opacity 50
Blur 5.00
Color Black

(16) Crop Tag
Activate your selection tool
click on the custom selection square at the top
using these settings
Left 56
Top 35
Right 684
Bottom 665
you can adjust these settings if needed

(17) Resize Tag
Image - resize - Resize all layers checked
I resized mine by 76%

(18) Highlight the Frame Layer
Apply Drop shadow to the Frame Layer
using these settings
Vertical 6
Horizontal -6
Opacity 90
Blur 53.31
Color Black
Shadow on a NEW layer checked ok

(19) On the new shadow layer
go to effects - Texture effects - Blinds
using these settings
Width 2
Opacity 80
Color #c0c0c0
Horizontal and Light from Left/top unchecked ok
Repeat the Blinds checking the box Horizontal ok

(20) Add you name and credits
and you are done :)
Merge all layers visible save as png
